Well, the fishing the past few weeks has been pretty good. The sailfishing has been a little slow, but picked back up the past few days.
It seems the main target as of lately has been kingfish. They have really been biting well the past week or so. If it's anything like last year, it should just keep getting even better on into March. This past week we've caught several kings in the 30-40 lb. class range. A few days ago I had Greg Cook and his two kids out for a half day. We got fourteen kings to the boat, and lost several others during the fight. His son Josh did great, and caught most of the fish. For only being 11 yrs. old, he did a great job. It's been some great action, and even better when catching them on light line. The cobia are also starting to heat up out in the bay, and there have been plenty of snapper and grouper. Well, Until Next Time....Capt. Jeff
